Clinic Company Application
Thank you for your interest in Anderson's Business for Good Consulting Clinic. Company applications are accepted on a rolling basis. To be considered for the upcoming Fall semester, applications must be completed by the second Friday in August.
Please review the company expectations below before starting the application:
- Companies must be in operation for at least 12 months before the start of the clinic.
- Company participants need to take an initial pass at the B Impact Assessment. This will set a baseline and provide an initial project scope.
- To help attract top student talent, companies must provide a 5-minute recorded presentation to prospective students, outlining background information about the business, the current BIA score, and priority projects for this clinic.
- To streamline communication, companies must identify a single point person to serve as primary contact with the student team.
- In order to get the most out of the clinic experience, companies must commit at least 2 hours a week to the clinic -- more for weeks with student presentations.
- In order to participate fully, companies are expected to have a representative participate in person or virtually for each of the key events listed below.
- Finally, at the close of the clinic, we will ask each company to make a voluntary donation to the New Mexico for Good Program.
Clinic Events
- Week 1 – Client Orientation (virtual event, date and time scheduled with client and instructor)
- Week 4 – Program Launch (in person, during regularly scheduled class)
- Week 5-15 – Weekly Check-ins (1 hour, virtual, scheduled between students and client)
- Week 15 or 16 – Final Presentations and Closing Celebration (4 hours, in person; date, time, and location scheduled with students, clients, and instructor)
