Nearly 400 students and mentors evaluated the company's growth strategy, contributing perspectives that helped informe scaling decisions—while one participating student went on to join the company full-time. Since the CHallenge, Space Kinetic has raised over $12 million in venture funding and secured multiple U.S. Government contracts.

2024 Regional Challenge Case - Kall Morris Inc. (KMI)
KMI Cofounder and Chief Strategy Officer, Adam Kall, shared that insights from the Global Scaling Challenge became a true catalyst for transformation. Student teams challenged KMI's original Active Debris Removal model and inspired a strategic pivot toward Relocation as a Service (RaaS)—a shift now leading to a multi-million dollar customer contract.

2023 Global Challenge Case - Ideas Tek
Ideas TEK President Alonzo Vera shared that participation in the UNM Anderson Global Scaling Challenge delivered meaningful strategic and operational impact. Exposure to over 300 students and mentors generated high-volume, high-rigor insights that helped the company refine its growth priorities and expand its product offerings.
Following the Challenge, Ideas TEK nearly doubled in size, increased sales and contract activity, and launched a new product line, Allyu, focused on small form-factor systems for advanced space avionics applications. The company also leveraged the analytics and strategic outputs from the event to inform ongoing scaling decisions.
