Faculty Success Data Sign-off
Before you discuss your Annual Review with your Chair, you will need to sign off on the data in Faculty Success. You will receive an email from UNM Faculty Success containing a link to review your data, make updates and then sign off.

Data Review and Sign-Off
Following the link in the email from Faculty Success*, you will see a screen like the one shown below. Here you can click on the PDF icons to view your activities in Faculty Success, ABDC counts and CV.
The data in the Annual Activity Report and CV are for the calendar year of the annual review. The ABDC report contains data for the past 6 years.
If you sign-in to Faculty Success directly and do not click on the link in the email, you can access the workflow by clicking on the Workflow tab at the top and then the workflow item in your Inbox.
Sign-Off Acknowledgement
After you have reviewed your data and agree that it is accurate, type in your name in the textbox at the bottom of the screen, and then go to the Actions menu to submit acknowledgement of the sign-off. If you need to add data or make edits, you can do so in Faculty Success or email Shared Services (asmss@unm.edu) before acknowledging that your data is up-to-date.
Sign-Off Completion
After you submit the acknowledgement, an administrator will accept the sign-off. You will see that the sign-off workflow is complete in your Workflow History:
