Using Faculty Success

Logging into Faculty Success and Entering Data

  • To login, go to the Login Pagehttps://login.watermarkinsights.com/saml-initiate/unmmain
  • Enter your UNM NetID and password.
  • The menu across the top of the screen (Activities, CV Imports, Workflow and Reports) are where you interact with the system.
  • The Activities tab will be the primary item you interact with. Activities contains the various screens you will log information such as articles, publications, service and mentorship.

Entering Biographical Information

Your biographical and career-related information can be found in the General Credentials/Expertise and Career Information screens.

Entering Research, Service and Teaching Data

Your yearly contributions for teaching, research and service will be found in the following sections of the Activities tab:

  • Teaching/Mentoring:  Note that teaching data (courses, enrollments, grade distributions, etc.) will be automatically imported for you at the end of each semester. You will need to log non-credit teaching, advisement and mentoring activities using the appropriate screens.
  • Scholarship/Research
  • Service

Uploading a CV for the Website

A faculty member can upload a copy of their CV in Faculty Success under the Personal and Contact Information screen. In the Personal and Contact Information, scroll to the bottom of the page to the CV upload section. Upload your CV and press Save. After saving the change, the CV will appear on their public profile on the Anderson website.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Note that uploading a CV does NOT update any of your data such as publications or service! This is just a document upload for a CV that is made available on the website.
