Faculty Success serves as your real-time CV. An up-to-date Faculty Success profile is important as it will be used for a variety of purposes.

  • Your Chair will use data in Faculty Success for department and school activity reports
  • Annual reviews will be based on data in Faculty Success
  • Promotion and tenure workflows and data will be in Faculty Success
  • Your web profile on the Anderson website will draw data from Faculty Success
  • AACSB Accreditation reports on discipline and program sufficiency will use data collected in Faculty Success

Importing CV Data
When you first start at Anderson, you should add CV data to Faculty Success. This will be used during the Annual Review process.

New faculty are encouraged to add CV data to Faculty Success after starting at Anderson. This data is used during the Annual Review process.

If you do not have a Faculty Success account for Anderson, contact Anderson Shared Services.

Web Profile Questions

For questions about data in your web profile, submit a Marketing Request (via MyASM) to the Marketing Team.

Scheduled Teaching Import Schedule

The semester teaching schedule will be uploaded after grades are posted and EvaluationKIT data is available. This is typically 4-6 weeks after the end of the semester.

Useful Reports

Faculty Success provides reports that are available to Department Chairs and faculty. For Department Chairs, these reports provide you visibility into your faculty with summary and detail-level reports for teaching, course evaluations, publications and more.

For faculty, these reports are useful for checking publications and counts, viewing publications eligible for research awards, viewing your course evaluations and viewing service activities.

Reports are available under the Reports tab of Faculty Success.

Faculty Success - Reports

Reports for Chairs

  • Accepted and Published Publications:  Visualizes the time period (year) for every accepted and/or published article, sorted by faculty member. This is useful for viewing the time period between when a publication was accepted and then published. This report serves as a check when reviewing faculty research productivity and ensuring that publications are counted in the appropriate year.
  • Activity Report - Scheduled Teaching:  Shows courses taught, student evaluation scores and grade distributions.
  • Annual Activity Report: lists annual research, teaching and service activities. ABDC and Anderson Indisputable rankings are visible for publications.
  • Awarded Publications:  List of faculty, publication and award amount for faculty that have received research excellence awards.
  • Journal Publication Counts by Faculty Member: 3-year, 6-year and lifetime counts of ABDC-ranked and Anderson Indisputable journal publications.
  • Scheduled Teaching by Department:  Shows courses taught, student evaluation scores and grade distributions sorted by department and faculty member.
  • Scheduled Teaching by Faculty: lists course evaluations, grade distributions and course enrollments per faculty member.
  • Vita: A Faculty Success generated CV for your faculty based on information stored in the system.

Reports for Faculty

  • Annual Activity Report: lists annual research, teaching and service activities. ABDC and Anderson Indisputable rankings are visible for publications.
  • Journal Publication Counts by Faculty Member: 3-year, 6-year and lifetime counts of ABDC-ranked and Anderson Indisputable journal publications.
  • Vita: A Faculty Success generated CV based on information stored in the system.
